gateway callouts between 20-22nd

increased in op and queue times

slow requests seem to come from locking behaviour

seems unrelated to socket states

xrootd logs show timeouts and socket termination errors

a few spillover failures from the 19th

rebalancing happening around the same time

LHCb test jobs failure rate (after first ~300 jobs – please note that it is not enough to make any serious conclusions!):
