Alice plugins

The content from WLCG repos is obsolete as is built for xrootd 4.X It was taken the decision not to have there the plugins built for xrootd 5.x

 DO NOT USE THE PUBLIC GITHUB REPOS OF THE PREVIOUS PLUGINS

[ They use an openssl hack that cannot be used with newer OSes ]

alicexrdplugins is just a meta rpm that request the dependencies.

in the make_rpms scrips you will find the mentions of el7_build and el9_build which are the singularity/apptainer sif images built by https://gitlab.cern.ch/jalien/alicetokenacc_build/-/blob/master/build_sing_cont_el7?ref_type=heads

i do not have an singularity container for EL8 as from my observation this will no longer be used as CERN and the GRID infrastructure prepares to jump to EL9 (Alma9 specifically) from EL7 (if not already

jumped)
