XrootD 5.5.4 testing

SEGV investigations with -S multi-stream flags

XRootD server v5.5.4 seems to support multiple streams well with the Ceph plugin. Testing with 1, 2, 4, 8 and 15 streams hasn’t produced the SEGV or any other problems (so far). Unfortunately, there isn’t significant scaling of transfer rates using multiple streams, as the server processes the streams sequentially and synchronously (not concurrently or asynchronously). Fix for paged writes when misaligned to end of buffer

Identified a few failing transfers due to paged writes and case of misalignment at end of the buffer. Sanity checking caught the issue and failure the transfer. Tests with PR code passing on dev machine.

echo-manager{01,02} re-iped to OPN, but wrong IPv6 addresses given to the alias - being corrected.
