  • PTR records needed (and requested) for the manager floating IPs

    • Allows for reverse DNS lookup back to the rdr address

    • resolves yellow Warning from CMS SAM tests

  • gw5 and gw14 connected to the redirector, and the two floating IPs added to the webdav and xrootd DNS entries

 

 

Bug fix release buffered-5.5.4-5 xroot-ceph

 

Catch issue with fast read requests with sub-ms timing; non striper reads gave improved read times, highlighting this issue.
